COVID-19 Assessment Centre D'Evaluation
Rapid Antigen Testing (RAT) for SSCHS staff and visitors takes place daily at the Family Health Team Location. No appointment is necessary
Current Hours (Summer 2022): Monday to Friday 8:45 a.m. -11:45 a.m. & 1:00 P.m. to 2:45 P.m.
For Health & Safety please ensure physical distancing and use of face covering when attending location.
NO WALK IN appointments are permitted
